Lighting Design
Our lighting design services fully address the technical requirements of the project not only coordinating seamlessly with our Interior Designers but also liaising with Architects, Electrical, Structural and Mechanical engineers and other related specialist consultants. Our service includes initial planning and development studies, detailed design, compilation of bidding documentation, return analysis, award of tender and finally supervision of the technical aspects of implementation. Project management, design and compilation of Integrated Control System software services are also available, if required by the client.
Art Consultancy
Our services will include the development of Art Program and Specifications with consideration to requirements of regional or local content, design theme, established budget. We will highlight special installation requirements and liaise with Architect for the same. Upon request, we will engage on procurement monitoring costs to ensure the Art Program is procurable within the Client’s budget. We will be responsible for all quality control of artwork and framed goods prior to packaging and coordination of shipment to hotel. We will supervise installation team employed by Client, monitoring artwork and accessories are placed properly according to Art Specifications.
